EverGuard Roofing installs siding on new homes, additions, and outbuildings throughout Weatherford, OK. ISA-certified installers build each wall from the sheathing outward, so what you see on the surface rests on work done correctly underneath.
When a structure has never worn siding, our job is to give it a complete weather skin from scratch. That means a framed house, a freshly added room, a backyard studio, or a garage with bare sheathing. Without old cladding in the way we can work cleanly, but the stakes are high: the layers we choose and the order we put them in become the wall's only protection against Weatherford, OK's rain, sun, and wind.
A wall can pass a quick glance and still be built wrong. Wrap overlapped the wrong way, a missing flashing at a window head, or fasteners driven too deep all stay out of sight for a year or two. Then moisture finds the gap, and what began as a minor oversight becomes rot, mold, and a repair far larger than the original job.
1. Review the plans. We study the structure and your selections, confirm what the sheathing needs, and flag details like trim returns and transitions before work begins.
2. Install the wrap. A continuous water-resistive barrier is lapped correctly, taped at seams, and sealed around every penetration.
3. Flash the openings. Each window, door, and vent receives flashing sized and ordered to drain water outward, because openings are where most siding leaks start.
4. Hang the siding. Panels or boards are installed straight, level, and fastened per the manufacturer's rules, with room for the movement every material makes.
5. Check and clean up. A closing inspection with you or your builder confirms every detail, and the site is left clean.
Total wall area, number of corners and openings, the siding product, and your construction timeline all influence the project. We review these with you in advance so nothing is a surprise.
Installers are ISA-certified. Fastening, flashing, and barrier work follow each manufacturer's published instructions, which is what keeps product warranties valid and walls dry. We back finished installations with a written workmanship warranty.
